CUSTOMS SEIZURE /CONFISCATION, NON-USA ORDERS
seizures or product forfeiture of shipments. All customs related issues are the sole responsibility of the customer due to various laws of different countries regarding various ingredients that may or may not be legal for consumption in foreign countries. There will be no refunds of confiscated parcels by local foreign Governments. Please check with local postal or customs agents prior to purchase.

4. What are the charges for shipping and handling?
The shipping and handling rates are determined by the quantity of merchandise and the destination of your order.

5. What are the return and exchange policies?
Merchandise cannot be returned for any reason after the item has been opened. However, it can be returned for an exchange within 30 days. Buyer is responsible to return item at their cost and for return shipping back to them.

  • Defective items: All damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced with the exact same item. Defective merchandise must be reported to us within 3 days of purchase.
  • Opened items:  Blueapenutrition.Com does not accept returns on opened items unless it is a defective item. Defective merchandise must be reported to us within 3 days of purchase.
  • Factory Sealed Returns:  Blueapenutrition.Com does not offer refunds on opened merchandise. If the wrong item is ordered, we will offer you a store credit towards the item of your choice-
    minus shipping charges. Any item that is returned for store credit must be unopened and in its factory shrink-wrap. There will also be an additional shipping charge to send the new item.

6. Can I change my shipping address if I already placed my order?
Please log into your account  If your item has not been shipped you may change
the address. However, if the item has been marked as shipped you it will be shipped to the address originally provided.

7. When does my order ship?
Orders are shipped on business days only: Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Your order is shipped within one business day of placing your order, once your payment is approved and the receiving address is verified.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently only accept certain types of credit and debit cards and pay by check on our secure payment gateway.
